The "Core Required" or "Required" Categories are "BRA", "FHR", "PSC" & "HOT" and are denoted with .

If need all 21 hours you MUST pick 1 class from each of the 4 "Core Required Categories".
Core Required To renew a license a licensee must have 3 hours of BRA, 3 hours of PSC, 3 hours of FHR, 3 hours of HOT and 9 Elective hours.
 
The law requires 12 Required hours and 9 Elective hours. Everyone that plans to renew their real estate license on "Active Status" MUST have 21 hours.
