We currently offer 3 Courses plus  42 3-Hour Continuing Education classes.

The 90-Hour Pre-Licensing course is for people who do not have an Oklahoma real estate license.

The 45-Hour Post-Licensing course is for licensees who currently are holding a Provisional Sales Associate license and wish to keep their license active after the first year licensing period.

The 90-Hour Broker Course for licensee's who wish to upgrade their Sales Associate license to a broker license.

All of our courses and continuing education classes have been approved by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission.

* Due to the nature of the Internet and the dissemination of information, once a student has enrolled and the course or continuing education classes are sent to that student via email, we cannot give a refund. You may however take a course as many times as you need to feel prepared to sit for the state exam or apply your tuition towards the in-house classes.
