Broker CE. All Broker Managers (BM), Branch Brokers (BB) or
Proprietary Brokers (BP) whose licenses expire on or after June, 2012
will be required to complete a fifteen (15) clock hour “Brokers in
Charge” course. In Addition, such brokers will be required to complete
at least two of the four currently required core courses of BRA, PSC,
FHR or HOT totaling at least six (6) hours.

The 90-Hour Pre-Licensing course is for people who do not have an

The 45-Hour Post-Licensing course is for licensees who currently
are holding a Provisional Sales Associate license and wish to keep their
license active after the first year licensing period.

All of our courses and continuing education classes have been
approved by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission.

Due to the nature of the Internet and the dissemination of information,
once a student has enrolled and the data to the course or continuing
education classes are sent to that student via email, we cannot give a
refund. You can apply your Internet Tuition to In-House classes.
You may however take a course as many times as you need to feel prepared
to sit for the state exam or apply your tuition towards the in-house
classes.

- Oklahoma Statutes, Title 59, Section 858.301.1 “Effective November
1, 2009, state law prohibits the issuance of a real estate license to
any person who has been convicted, pled guilty or pled nolo
contendere to a felony for a pre-determined number of years based on
the classification of said felony. For clarification, please contact the
Commission and/or review the cited section of law as referenced herein.
Additionally, if the applicant has delinquent unpaid child support or
student loans, the applicant must check with the Real Estate Commission
before enrolling in this class. The Commission will allow the applicant
to seek preapproval prior to enrolling in a pre-license course.” |
