Education Offered Online.

  • The 90 hour Pre-Licensing (Basic), Post-Licensing, 90 hour Broker's Course and Continuing Education are now available on-line.
  • All the Licensing Courses and Continuing Education Class Modules have been approved by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission.
  • The Courses and Continuing Education Modules offered, are for Oklahoma Licensees and persons seeking to secure an Oklahoma Real Estate License.
  • The Courses and Continuing Education classes have been set up for At Home Study for those people you know that do not have access to the Internet or Computers. Call or write for details. Our Address and Numbers are listed below.
  • All Courses and Continuing Education Classes are self paced, you go at your speed. Please note the following from the Oklahoma Real Estate Code and Rules:
    • 605:10-5-3. Standards for Commission approved real estate courses
      • (j) Additional distance education course requirements.
        • (4) From the date of enrollment, the course shall have a validity period of six (6) months in which to allow successful completion to be attained.
  • This time limit is placed by the OREC so you need to finish the course within 6 months of your actual start date. If you are required to take a test administered by the OREC, for licensure, then you must take that test within 1 year from the completion of the course.

Which class to take.

  • Basic Course-If you do not have an Oklahoma Real Estate License this is the course you need to start with. It is the course that is required by Oklahoma Law to take before you can sit for the Licensing Exam.
  • Post Course-This is the next course required by Oklahoma Law in order to keep your real estate license. This course must be completed within the first year of licensure. If your real estate license reads "Provisional Sales Associate" then this is the course that you must take.
    • This course has been approved by the OREC to meet the Requirement of a 45-hour Post Course .
  • Broker Course-This course may be taken by any Sales Associate aspiring to become a Real Estate Broker or Broker Associate.
    • You must hold a Sales Associate License and have two years active experience out of the past five years to sit for the exam.
    • If your license reads "Provisional Sales Associate" then you must take the Post Course first, wait 1 year after you renew your license as a Sales Associate before sitting for the Broker's Licensing Exam.
  • Continuing Education-The law requires Sales Associates, Broker Associates and Brokers to complete 21 hours of Continuing Education every three years in order to renew your license on "Active Status". Choose this option if you need continuing education hours to renew your active license or to activate an in-active license.

The national criminal history check procedure became effective January 1, 2008. Individuals subject to the new requirements include:

  • All new license applicants

  • Individuals who allow their license to expire

  • Individuals desiring to change their license type Provisional Sales to Broker or Sales Associate to Broker.

(This requirement does not apply to those changing their license type from a Provisional Sales to Sales Associate.)

NOTICE - Oklahoma Statutes, Title 59, Section 858.301.1 Effective November 1, 2009, state law prohibits the issuance of a real estate license to any person who has been convicted, pled guilty or pled nolo contendere to a felony for a pre-determined number of years based on the classification of said felony. For clarification, please contact the Commission and/or review the cited section of law as referenced herein. Additionally, if the applicant has delinquent unpaid child support or student loans, the applicant must check with the Real Estate Commission before enrolling in this class. The Commission will allow the applicant to seek preapproval prior to enrolling in a pre-license course.

  • After creating an account you will be taken to the Dashboard where is will state, You are not currently enrolled in any courses.

    • So click the Catalog tab and you will see where we have several classes offered.

    • Once you find your class add it to your cart and check out. Once you have checked out the class will show up in the Dashboard.

    • If you prefer to enroll in person you can come by the office and we can assist you in getting started.

  • As soon as you check out and the class is in the dashboard you can get started. All the classes will be accessed through your dashboard.

  • If you want to come in and enroll, we take cash, personal or company checks, money orders and credit cards. 

  • Do Not send cash in the mail.

Methods of Communication with Instructors.

  • We have a Real Estate Forum setup at our sister site on the Internet. Students can post questions there and search the forum for answers to questions.
    • To get a user name for the Help Forum, follow the instructions in the Welcome Module. This will be the first module of your course.

Cost of Tuition

  • The cost for the Basic course is $475.00 US currency plus books.*
  • Post Licensing Course is $275.00 U.S. Currency.*
  • Broker Course $475.00 US currency.*
  • Continuing Education is $15.00 U.S. currency per class or $70.00 US currency for all 21 hours.
  • There is NOT an Internet enrollment form for In-House classes. Please call 405-848-8671.

* Books and study materials are $75

For a limited time we are offering 21 Hours of CE at our 1974 Price of $70 for all 21 hours.

  • Tuition for the "Internet Courses" will be as follows.

  • 90 Hour Basic Course = $350.00.

  • 45 Hour Post Course = $185.00.

  • 90 Hour Broker's Course = $350.00.

  • 21 hours of Continuing Education = $70.00.

  • If you enroll for the Internet course and want to take the course in-house, there will be an upgrade fee. You must complete one or the other all the way.

  • These reduced rates apply to Internet Courses and Internet Continuing Education only.

  • This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.

* Due to the nature of the Internet and the dissemination of information, once a student has enrolled and the course or continuing education classes are sent to that student via email, we cannot give a refund. Within the first year, you may take a course as many times as you need to feel prepared to sit for the state exam or apply your tuition towards the in-house class.
