Basic 1 Course Schedule

 

New Requirements All persons seeking an Oklahoma Real Estate license must submit to a National Criminal History Check and be fingerprinted by the local Sherriff's office.
  • Our commitment to you, You will pass the State Exam or you can come back and take the classes on our nickel. Be prepared to have a good time. Marie's philosophy is "Learning should be Fun".
     
  • Weekends: We offer the 90-Hour Pre-Licensing course over 4 weekends including 4.5 hours on Friday night.
    • 5:00 - 9:30 pm Friday evening and 9:00 am - 6:30 pm Saturday and Sunday.
  • Weekdays: We offer the course over 2 weeks on Monday through Friday.
    • 9:00AM to 6:30PM . See schedule below for exact dates and times.
       
  • The cost of the course is $450.00 U.S. Dollars. This includes your tuition, books, study materials and classroom instruction. Our in-house course is taught by Real Estate Instructors that are certified by the State of Oklahoma.
  • We are required by Oklahoma Law to post this notice;
    • "Any persons enrolling in class that, has been convicted of any crime, has charges pending, has unpaid child support or student loans, SHOULD check with the "OREC", Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, to seek prior approval to enroll in the course." The number to the OREC is 405-521-3387".

YOU CAN NOW TAKE THE BASIC COURSE OVER THE INTERNET OR VIA CORRESPONDENCE OR HOME STUDY.
Information covered prepares the student for the Basic Sales Associate Licensing Examination.  Tuition for the course, including books, study materials, and classroom instruction is $450.00. The following is a syllabus of the sessions required to complete the course as prescribed by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission.
