Marie Burroughs School of Real Estate In-House Course Schedule.

We offer two Post Licensing courses. "The Nuts and Bolts of Real Estate", and the "Real Estate Practice" course as authored by the "Oklahoma Real Estate Commission" (OREC). We teach the "Nuts and Bolts" in the Evening and the "OREC Course" in the Morning.

The Real Estate Practice Course is now available Online. Yes, you can take you Post-Licensing Course or Continuing Education via the Internet.

The OREC requires "Provisional Sales Associates" to complete an additional "45 Classroom Hour Course" within ONE year of issuance of their license. If this second 45 hours is not completed, the "Provisional Sales Associate" license will expire and that person will have to complete the Pre-Licensing course again and pass the State Exam. There is no "Grace Period".

Both of the Courses have been approved by the OREC to meet this requirement.

All of the classes in each course has been approved for three (3) hours of continuing education! After each class name you will notice an _E_ or an _R_. The _E_ stands for "Elective" and the _R_ stands for "Required".
